Yoga
NHHI Yoga was established in the spring of 2015 and consists of approximately 30 enthusiastic and vibrant girls from all academic years. We gather once a week to practice yoga.
Our focus in terms of sports is on Ashtanga and Hatha yoga, and we are a group characterized by a lot of enthusiasm for fitness, strong commitment, and good spirits. There are no prerequisites if you wish to become a part of NHHI Yoga.
Furthermore, we are a close-knit group that has a lot of fun together, both during and outside of our training sessions. We organize several social events each semester, including pre-parties, bonding activities, cabin trips, and trips abroad.
