We at NHHI Friidrett are a group of exercise-loving girls. In our training sessions, once a week, we cover everything from sprints, hill and stair runs to longer jogging sessions. Some of us have done athletics before, while others haven’t. Regardless of this, our primary focus is running with a mix of different athletic exercises in between. A good mood, joy of exercise, and a contagious smile are the most important things for us. In addition to group training sessions, we place a strong emphasis on the social aspect of the group.
