We are a group of 30 girls who train together once a week. Our training sessions are led by rotating members, and we cover a wide range of exercise concepts, including tabata, crossfit, spinning, cardio, circuit training, and yoga. The focus is on having fun and getting a good workout, and no prior knowledge or experience is required to join!
In addition to our training sessions, we also organize a lot of social events throughout the semester, such as New Year’s dinners, trips abroad, making dinner together and kick-offs.
