Welcome to NHHI Pilates – a new training group for those who want a stronger body, better posture and more social time on their schedule! We offer effective and varied Pilates sessions that are suitable for all levels, whether you are completely new or have previous experience.

Pilates focuses on core muscles, control and breathing – perfect as a complement to student life. In addition, it is a social and inclusive group where you get to know others who share the same interest in health and well-being
